By the conditions set out below AS Express Cargo, it's servents and agents are

• Not to be liable at all for contain losses and damages
• The amount of liability is strictly limited to amount as stated in conditions section 4.

1. Due to existimg regulations AS Express Cargo do not accepts the following items
   1. Antiques
   2. Currency
   3. Drugs
   4. Explosives
   5. Fire Arms
   6. Jewellery
   7. Liquor
   8. Livestock
   9. Perishable items
   10. Money-Orders
   11. Personal Mail
   12. Work of art
   13. IATA restricted articles
   14. Share Certificate
   15. Instruments in bearer from DD Cheque
2. All Freights excluding the items noted in section 1 are accepted entirely at the risk and responsibility of the Shipper/Consigner.
3. All claims regarding the consiments will be settled at the booking Center only subject to the rules, regulations and conditions of carriage of the Company. All claims must be preferred within 30 days of booking.
4. The liability of AS Express Cargo any loss or damage to the shipment is limited to the Consignor/ Shipper only (a) Only Rupees One Hundred or (b) The amount of loss or damage to document or parcel actually sustained not exceeding Rs. 1000/- in any case.
5. We are not responsible for any damage or late delivery due to fire, accidents, riots, strikes, thefts and natural calamities ets or flight delay cancellation or unseen circumstances.
6. All disputes are subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.
